In this 7-Day
Six Sigma Green Belt Training Camp, you will earn your Six Sigma
Green Belt and learn to improve the quality of process outputs by
identifying and removing the cause of errors and variation in
manufacturing and business processes. You will learn how to use a
set of quality management methods, including statistical methods,
and become part of a special infrastructure with an origination who
are experts (Green Belt, etc.) in these methods. Each Six Sigma
project follows a defined sequence of steps and has quantified
financial targets (cost reduction or profit increase).
This course qualifies you for 60 PMI PDUs (Professional Development
Units) necessary to maintain your PMI credentials.
