MCITP Windows 7 Course Description

This intensive 5-day Microsoft Training Course delivers the knowledge and skills required to achieve the highly sought-after MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician Certification. Describe the processes of establishing and using a troubleshooting methodology, and define the EDST job role and responsibilities.
Troubleshoot startup issues on a Windows 7 computer.
