Six Sigma is management methodology driven by data.
"A problem with an unknown solution" .

During our 7-day Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training Camp, students will live and learn at one of our state-of-the-art education centers. We will guide you in making the connection between theory and practical business reality by using our experience providing training and implementation leadership across a variety of industries.

Six Sigma is an integrated, disciplined proven approach for improving business performance. This cover also covers basic statistics, Minitab Statistical software, an the Six Sigma's DMAIC roadmap.

The class covers Six Sigma’s unique methods through which a new or existing product/process needs improvement. An organization determines its objectives in terms of numerical value to the company, and then amass knowledge and learn to put these objectives and methods into deployment.

Green Belt Certification is covered after the course by applying Six Sigma to a project. Attendees must submit the project details after the class to SixSigma.us and they will get their Green Belt if the project is approved.

Six Sigma focuses on projects that will produce measurable business results. For example GE Capital saved $2 Billion in 1999 using Six Sigma.
