During our 7-day ITIL v3 Intermediate SO&A Capability and SO Lifecycle Certification Training Camp, students will live, learn, and take the exams at one of our state-of-the-art education centers. This blended-learning course employs outcome-based (Lecture | Lab | Review)™ delivery that focuses on preparing you with the real-world skills required to pass the certification exams (and to hit the ground running in your career). You will learn overall concepts, processes, policies and methods associated with the Service Operation phase o the Service Lifecycle. This course qualifies you for 7 credits towards earning your IT Expert certification.
